Division of Genomic Technologies
In order to understand cellular mechanisms of genomic regulation, including transcriptional networks, non-coding RNA (ncRNA) and epigenomics, we will develop unique and advanced technologies such as single cell transcriptome analysis and bioinofomatic tools for large and complex datasets. These technologies will be applied to directly reprogram cell fates to prepare better cells for future human therapy, as well as developing rapid and precise diagnosis methods by RNA biomarkers. In addition, we will establish a world-class standardized genome analysis platform, which will be provided as part of the technical services.
